Terms and conditions

1. General

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”, Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and CN74 (Reg. No GSTIN: 03XXXXXXXXX1Z5) (“CN74”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on CN74 website and orders made by telephone, e-mail or live chat with CN74’s Customer Service team. Please note that CN74 does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. Orders can only be placed by persons 18 years or older. CN74 reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.    

2. Language of the Contract

The language of the contract is English.

3. Placing Order

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You will be able to review your order and correct any errors before confirming. Please note: your order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.    

4. My Account

      You may check out as a guest or create an account. Account information includes billing/shipping address, phone number, and email. You can track orders, view history, and initiate returns via your account. To delete your account, email support@cn74.in from your registered email.    

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with your order number and summary. This is an acknowledgment only — not final acceptance of your order.    

6. Acceptance and Shipping Confirmation

      We reserve the right to reject any order. A shipping confirmation email indicates final acceptance of your order. If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted, and a refund will be issued if payment was made.    

7. Prices

      All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may differ across platforms and are subject to change. Orders will be canceled or adjusted if errors occur in pricing or availability before order confirmation.

Payment must be authorized by your bank or card issuer. CN74 is not responsible for failed payments or penalties due to declined transactions. Payments are securely processed.    

11. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. Under Indian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within two years of purchase. Please notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.    

12. Copyright Permission Notice

All content including images, logos, and text is owned by or licensed to CN74. You may only use this material for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.    

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws of India, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
